Ideal Candidate We are looking for a veterinarian who:
- Holds a DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
- Is licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Montana
- Has at least 3 years of small animal clinical experience
- Is comfortable with routine soft tissue surgery and dentistry
- Values teamwork, communication, and client education
- Is committed to delivering high-quality veterinary care

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
